Founded on April 23, 1953, Abonos Superior has been a pioneer in commercial technical assistance in Central America ever since. It started out by physically mixing fertilizers, adjusting them to the nutritional needs of each crop. Simultaneously, it ventured into representing, manufacturing and marketing agrochemicals and spraying equipment.
Through an exclusive distribution network, both national and international, Abonos Superior currently imports, transforms and commercializes a wide line of products for agricultural and livestock production, such as agrochemicals, seeds and spraying equipment, fertilizers and other consumable goods. It also formulates and provides storage for an important line or agricultural and livestock products for third parties at its own facilities.
Abonos Superior has an area of 53 000 m², of which 11 000 m² are built. Part of their infrastructure comprises a formulation, repacking and rewrapping plant, a quality control laboratory, storage areas, a liquid-waste treatment plant, an environmental control department, a machine shop, and a service and maintenance workshop.
The company actively develops and markets organic and biological products that provide more environmentally friendly solutions, along with the latest technology in integrated management and precision agriculture. Nowadays, the company is leader in manufacturing and marketing CARPI spraying equipment, offering Spray MEC manual backpack sprayers, CPC-25 motorized knapsack sprayer equipment, stationary motor pumps, as well as high-capacity suspended equipment and tractor drag with the latest technology in the field. All equipments have the corresponding guarantee and a wide range of spare parts and a repair shop.
